Credit Not Accepted for CPL

GED College Ready + Credit

The GED Test, or General Educational Development Test, is a group of four tests designed to measure an individual's proficiency in standard high school subjects for anyone 16 or older not enrolled in high school. The term, "GED College Ready + Credit" indicates that the GED tester scored within the 175-200 range within one or more of these four tests.

Joliet Junior College does not award credit for "GED College Ready + Credit" scores, however, may allow students to use GED scores as a placement metric.  Click here to learn more about GED scores as a placement measure at JJC.
