Planetarium Show: Mayan Archaeoastronomy

The Trackman Planetarium will be open to the public for a free, one-hour astronomy presentation.

“Mayan Archaeoastronomy: Observers of the Universe” connects history, mythology, science and culture. View the universe through the eyes of the ancient Mayan civilization. A poetic journey through space and time explores Mayan temples and their relevance to the pathways of the sun, moon and stars. Tour six monumental Mayan ruins that are still standing today: San Gervasio, Chicchen Itzá, Uxmal, Edzná Palenque and Bonampak. This show is a captivating trip through space and time!
