Job Requirements: Requires High School diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a banking or financial institution is preferred. Provide excellent customer service, remaining calm and composed even in high-pressure situations. Leverage strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. Analyze and solve problems efficiently and accurately. Manage multiple tasks efficiently with keen attention to detail. Effectively manage time in a fast-paced environment. Work both independently and as part of team. Various computer systems, mobile devices and banking software. Busey’s digital offerings, products and services, is preferred.
