Job Description:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries.

 Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide information about products and services
 Process orders, returns, and exchanges
 Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
 Upsell products or services to increase revenue
Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer issues or promotions

Job Requirements:
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Strong sales and upselling abilities
 Proficient in data entry for order processing and customer information management
 Fluency in English;
 Ability to effectively communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction
