Job Description We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries.

Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide information about products and services
Process orders, returns, and exchanges
Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
Upsell products or services to increase revenue
Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer issues or promotions
Job Requirements Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Strong sales and upselling abilities
Proficient in data entry for order processing and customer information management
Fluency in English;
Ability to effectively communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction
