Basic responsibilities include:
Consistently deliver an excellent service experience to our customers, build lasting relationships, and nurture a positive rapport within our community – maintain CSI above national OEM standards
Take ownership of the customer experience from beginning to end and arrive to work at your scheduled time, ready to work
Be attentive and empathetic to all customer concerns, be solutions oriented
Answer all service calls, emails, and text messages, promptly greet all persons entering our facilities or walking our lots, and always maintain a professional decorum
Communicate regular, knowledgeable, detailed, and clear status updates to customers regarding their vehicle diagnosis, vehicle repair(s) and/or availability of parts
Provide all customers a verbal summary of the services they received, explain charges, warranty claims, and recommend maintenance/services
Work as a team with the technicians, parts personnel, and sales team to ensure vehicles are delivered when promised and fixed right first time
Utilize technology, dealership equipment, and any factory resources to enhance customer experienced
Promptly communicate additional service recommendations and provide accurate quotes to customers based on vehicle diagnosis, comprehensive multi-point inspections, factory recommended service internals, and dealer recommended preventative maintenance
Make calls into warranty companies to obtain repair authorizations/approvals and collect all necessary documentation for submission
Comply with all OEM, warranty, and dealership document retention requirements and ensure all documents are attached to their respective repair orders
Must proactively complete all OEM training and must maintain certification requirements
Excellent personal time management is a must
Stay up to date with factory program requirements, changes in technology, evolving market conditions, and or changes in the objectives of the Company
Perform any additionally tasks assigned as directed by management

CDK experience/proficiency preferred
