| Job Description | The Service Excellence Liaison will support improvements in internal customer services and quality related activities. This position will partner with hospital leadership to develop and ensure the effective and consistent implementation of programs, initiatives, projects and interventions focused on improving patients' perspectives on care. |
| Job Requirements | Professional/Educational Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Nursing, or other healthcare related specialty A minimum of 5 years’ experience required in customer service or patient experience-related field, healthcare, patient safety, clinical risk management, or leadership DCFS Mandated Reporter Certificate of completion required.
