Job Description:
The Service Excellence Liaison will support improvements in internal customer services and quality related activities. This position will partner with hospital leadership to develop and ensure the effective and consistent implementation of programs, initiatives, projects and interventions focused on improving patients' perspectives on care.

Job Requirements:
Professional/Educational
Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Nursing, or other healthcare related specialty

A minimum of 5 years’ experience required in customer service or patient experience-related field, healthcare, patient safety, clinical risk management, or leadership

DCFS Mandated Reporter Certificate of completion required.

Personal
Strong customer service and critical thinking skills

Strong interpersonal skills, problem solving, time and project management skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Excellent analytical skills, including analysis, planning, organizing, and troubleshooting

Proficiency in Windows-based operating software and systems
