Provides proactive support with aiding in the recruitment process in all efforts related to physician and advanced practice provider recruitment for Morris Hospital & Healthcare Centers
Professional/Educational
Bachelor’s degree OR 4 or more years in a healthcare role, preferably in a healthcare or communications or business field with direct experience with working with providers/healthcare professionals.
Demonstrates understanding of the business of healthcare and has familiarity with provider recruitment details.
Able to analyze data using critical-thinking skills
Must be proficient with use of Microsoft Office including PowerPoint & Excel, copy/scan machine, fax machine, calculator. Basic math skills required.
Typing 50+ wpm with extensive computer knowledge, including ability to solve simple computer problems.
Demonstrate flexibility and be able to multi-task in order to complete priorities independently with minimal oversight. In addition, must also be able to recognize when assistance is needed if not able to meet deadlines. Able to be a team-player.
Must be professional, confident and have effective interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong customer service and team orientated required. This person would be considered a “face” electronically and phonetically of Morris Hospital & Healthcare Centers.
Demonstrates strong organizational, listening, and planning skills.
Possesses good follow-up and follow-thru skills with candidates. Able to predict and anticipate needs and meet all follow-up tasks in a timely-manner.
