    Job Description

    The Autism Therapy Group (ATG) is hiring a Part-Time Clinic Assistant for our clinic in Lombard, Illinois. We are looking for a candidate that is willing to help support our staff through administrative tasks, has a positive attitude, and is able to effectively communicate with others.

    Key responsibilities include: general clinic administrative tasks, scheduling, greeting visitors, answering calls, and assisting with tasks from the Clinic Operations Manager.

    To be successful in this role, you will need to be personable, able to work independently and as a part of the ATG team. To support the clinic administratively you will need excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as computer skills. Must be organized and detail-oriented.

    Clinic Coordinator Responsibilities:
    Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude

    Overall enthusiasm for kids

    Answer phones in a professional manner, and direct calls as necessary

    Coordinate and prepare meeting and training rooms

    Assist with in clinic scheduling tasks

    Ensure the clinic is clean and inviting to guests and clients.

    Help relay information between clinical and administrative teams

    Assist administrative departments with tasks as needed
