    Joliet, IL 60435: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

    Experience:
    Debt Collection: 1 year (Preferred)

    Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)

    Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)

    Clerical/Office: 1 year (Preferred)

    Cash handling: 1 year (Preferred)

    Language:
    Spanish (Preferred)

    Collections experience would be an asset

    Must have basic computer related and typing skills (Microsoft office/email/use of the internet)

    Exceptional communication, listening, negotiation, problem solving and interpersonal skills

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Have the ability to diffuse and work through tense situations with customers in a professional manner

    Must be self motivated and have a sense of urgency

    Must have strong customer service skills

    You must have strong organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills

    Have the ability to use logic and problem solving skills to resolve issues.

    Ability to communicate clearly with customers, utilizing proper grammar and telephone etiquette
