We are a family owned and operated property management company that is looking for a self-motivated, dependable office assistant. Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish) would be an asset.

General Jobs/Duties
Making a high volume of collection calls and emails on a daily basis

Answering a high volume of phone calls and helping customers with any questions or concerns

Data Entry/Running Reports

Responding to a high volume of customer emails in a timely fashion

Answering the door and take payments from customers

Filing

Leasing appointments

Perform other duties as they are assigned
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team in a fast paced environment.

Must have a minimum of a high school diploma or GED

Ability to commute/relocate:

Joliet, IL 60435: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:
Debt Collection: 1 year (Preferred)

Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)

Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)

Clerical/Office: 1 year (Preferred)

Cash handling: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:
Spanish (Preferred)

Collections experience would be an asset

Must have basic computer related and typing skills (Microsoft office/email/use of the internet)
