Job Description:
IT Support Assistant    located in the Lemont/Downers Grove area.

IT support responds to user needs in a timely manner and ensures the optimal running of the system.

Schedule: 
     Mon-Fri- Day Shift (time varies)

Pay:
  $22+ depending on experience.

Job Requirements:
Primary Duties:

   *Ability to set and load all computer equipment with required items and prepares computer equipment for operation
   *Ability to process PC Imaging before they are released to users.
   *Installing and configuring hardware and software components to ensure usability.
   *Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
   *Establishing good relationships with all departments and colleagues
   *Other Functions as assigned

Qualifications:
   *Must have a valid driver’s license
   *Clean background and drug test
   *Proficient in database programming and software installation.
   *Working knowledge of desktop, laptop, thin client hardware and components, including printers, hard drives, memory, monitors, etc.
   *Strength in technical problem solving based on expertise and experience.
   *Strong commitment to efficiently achieve high quality results is required
   *Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, making accurate decisions quickly
   *Excellent written and oral communication skills.
   *Attention to detail.
   *Good problem-solving skills.
