Students can access support for email questions, user ID/password issues, and eResources assistance by calling the Tech Support Hotline any time day or night, on-campus or off.

No college employee or student should ever share their password to anyone, including other college students, faculty, and staff, nor should JJC employees or administrators ever request a user to divulge his or her password. Any password that a user believes may have been compromised must be changed immediately.

Upon securely authenticating to the portal, a student can view and transact on their student data, including registering for course sections, making payments, and viewing academic history. From the portal a student can link to other online systems via the web links the portal provides.
After successfully logging into their student account, students can view video tutorials:

While MYJJC is the primary point of access, students may also have occasion to log into our student system via the legacy interface link to eResources. This interface provides access similar to MYJJC to register for course sections, make payments, look at your academic history, manage your JJC account, and access information about many of the other services provided by JJC.
