Faculty and Staff have access to technician support for college technology hardware and software tool issues and questions by reaching out as listed under Contact Info, or through submitting a service ticket by emailing ITHelpDesk@jjc.edu.
Your JJC username and password are required to access all technology resources including your Student email/Microsoft Office 365 account, iCampus Online Learning Management, the MYJJC portal, and our Self-Service system.

For security measures, users are required to change their password every 90 days or at the beginning of each semester.
As a reminder, each user is responsible for any action taken with that user's login. No college employee or student should ever share their password to anyone, including other college students, faculty, and staff, nor should JJC employees or administrators ever request a user to divulge his or her password. Any password that a user believes may have been compromised must be changed immediately.

MYJJC is our Faculty and Staff portal that provides employee a primary point of access to pertinent online information. Upon securely authenticating to the portal, a employee can view their personal information and perform transactions including view enter time history, view paystubs, and leave balances. From the portal Faculty and Staff can link to other online systems via the web links the portal provides.
