| Job Description | Shift Schedule: 2 nights on, 2 nights off, 3 nights on, 2 nights off, 2 nights on, 3 nights off; 6:00pm - 6:30am. Works directly with the Production Leader to create the daily and weekly production plan and supports the execution of the plan focused on associate capability and flawless execution. Responsible to build associate capability, problem solving and technical understanding across teams and shifts. In the absence of the Production Leader, performs the duties of the role demonstrating the necessary leadership behaviors. Drives loss elimination of raw ingredients, packaging material, and finished goods through observation of production operations and by analyzing loss data to recommend solutions. Recommends to the Production Leader areas of opportunity to improve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as productivity, quality, safety, etc. Participates in the execution of planned cycle counts of existing inventory, mentors associates on their self-development and business objectives. Maintains Level 4 Step Up Cards (SUCs). May relieve associates as needed within assigned areas. Works independently within established procedures and practices. |
| Job Requirements | Associate Degree in a technical field of study and 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment or 5+ years of experience in manufacturing with progressive levels of responsibility Certified Trainer Has the ability to operate and knowledge to manage the operations of powered industrial vehicles within the warehouse. Complete all the necessary training and requirements to become a recognized certified trainer. Able to operate all the equipment in an assigned area to effectively train other associates Has advanced skills, typically gained through a combination of job-related training and considerable work experience Demonstrated experience in leading change and situational leadership. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Proficient in MS Office (Excel to capture and analyze data and powerpoint to deliver presentations and training), Outlook, Teams. Proficient in Warehouse Management systems (SAP, JDA). |
