Job Description Shift Schedule: 2 nights on, 2 nights off, 3 nights on, 2 nights off, 2 nights on, 3 nights off; 6:00pm - 6:30am.
Works directly with the Production Leader to create the daily and weekly production plan and supports the execution of the plan focused on associate capability and flawless execution.
Responsible to build associate capability, problem solving and technical understanding across teams and shifts.
In the absence of the Production Leader, performs the duties of the role demonstrating the necessary leadership behaviors.
Drives loss elimination of raw ingredients, packaging material, and finished goods through observation of production operations and by analyzing loss data to recommend solutions.
Recommends to the Production Leader areas of opportunity to improve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as productivity, quality, safety, etc.
Participates in the execution of planned cycle counts of existing inventory, mentors associates on their self-development and business objectives.
Maintains Level 4 Step Up Cards (SUCs).
May relieve associates as needed within assigned areas.
Works independently within established procedures and practices.
