Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and answering inquiries with professionalism.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining organized records.
Assist with filing and document management to ensure easy retrieval of information.
Support calendar management by scheduling appointments and coordinating events.
Provide customer support, addressing client needs and inquiries promptly.
Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized office environment to enhance productivity.
Collaborate with board members on various administrative projects as required.
Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
