The HR Coordinator is responsible for processing payroll, recruitment, new employee orientation, employee benefits, and other human resources duties.
Processes biweekly payroll including 401k deposits and tax payments.
Makes quarterly tax payments.
Performs all duties related to employee recruitment: screening resumes, phone and in-person interviews, and extending job offers.
Posts job openings internally and externally.
Maintains employee records in the iSolved HRM system.
Conducts new employee orientation.
Gathers needed information on new hires.
Facilitates the administration of the 401k program and coordinates newly eligible employees.
Prepares FMLA documents.
Assists employees with benefit questions and enrollment.
Compiles documents for termed employees.
Coordinates the company-wide wellness program.
Assembles monthly board packets.
Maintains Viva Engage posts.
Organizes Disney points and employee trips.
Other duties as assigned.
