Job Description | Dwight Ford is seeking a results-driven Ford Commercial Manager to lead our business development efforts and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background with Ford knowledge, commercial sales, marketing, and account management, with proven experience in negotiation. We have Ford commercial units on the ground ready to go. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. Lead negotiations with potential clients to secure profitable contracts. Drive business development initiatives through warm calling and networking to identify new opportunities. Manage key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Utilize VinSolutions for tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships, and analyzing performance metrics. Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth. |
Job Requirements | Proven experience in Ford commercial sales. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly. Demonstrated ability in business development and account management. Proficiency in VinSolutions or similar CRM tools for managing client interactions and sales processes. A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on results.
