| Job Description | Drain and replace engine oil to manufacturer specifications, secure oil plugs. Top off fluids include brake, power steering, coolant, and windshield washer fluid. Inspect engine components, underbody, and belts for signs of wear or leaks. Check and adjust tire pressure to manufacturer standards. Install and replace air filters, oil filters, batteries, and windshield wipers. Lubricate moving parts (wheel bearings, engine components) as required. Keep the engine bay clean during and after service. Assist in basic diagnosis and report findings to senior technicians or service advisors. Create clear and accurate service reports for customers. |
| Job Requirements | Minimum experience (Preferred) Valid driver’s license with required with clean driving record Journeyman certification a plus Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic abilities Good communication and customer service skills Ability to follow service manuals and write clear service notes Physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs, bend, stretch, and stand for long periods Must pass a drug screening and background check High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred) College degree not required |
