Job Description:
As an Customer Service Representative, you will help grow our local Allstate agency by engaging with current customers and the community. You will apply insurance knowledge and customer service skills to increase the customer’s understanding of the value of insurance and cultivate long-term relationships with trusted advice.
Responsibilities:
Service existing insurance customers with payments, questions
Help protect customers by offering Allstate products that will meet their needs
Serve your local community by helping them prepare for life’s uncertainties
Educate current customers on how to protect their families and assets
Provide a positive customer experience

Job Requirements:
No insurance experience required but is a plus
Willing to obtain necessary Property & Casualty
Confident, motivated individual
Comfortable with using computers and multiple applications
Able to multi-task, follow through and follow-up
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comprehensive on-the-job training
Continuous learning and development courses, available through Allstate University
