Job Description World Kia Joliet is seeking a highly organized and experienced Car Lot Manager to oversee the daily operations of our new and used car lots. We are looking for a dedicated professional who understands the dynamics of a fast-paced dealership environment and can maintain the highest standards of vehicle management and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Appraisal and Valuation: Conduct accurate appraisals of incoming vehicles, understanding market trends and used car values to ensure competitive and fair pricing.
Lot Management: Maintain order and cleanliness of both new and used car lots, ensuring an appealing and accessible display of vehicles.
Auction Coordination: Manage and arrange for auction transportation, including coordinating with external agencies.
Service Coordination: Work closely with the service department to ensure used cars receive proper inspection and necessary repairs or servicing.
Detailing Oversight: Ensure that all used cars are detailed and ready for display on the lot within 3 days of acquisition including UCI.
Inventory Management: Monitor and manage the inventory of vehicles, ensuring a balanced and strategic assortment of options for customers.
Team Leadership: Supervise and guide lot staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
