Job Description:

Contractor Source, home of Walttools in Morris, IL is looking for conscientious and committed people for tool and product manufacturing including related work. The ideal candidates will have some mechanical and production experience, good communication skills, ability to follow instructions from co-workers, and ability to maintain a good pace. The candidate may be working in tool production processes, finishing products, and preparing products for shipping including packing. We offer a competitive salary and paid time off.
Insurance and 401k after 90 days
Daily Duties will vary from person to person and can include:
Dispense raw materials.
Monitor the production process.
Carry out basic quality/testing checks on product.
Use lifting equipment and forklift trucks(if qualified).
Possible package goods to be shipped.
Maintain work areas and equipment.
Requirements:

MUST be able to follow direction
Bilingual recommended
Previous production experience welcome.
Strong work ethic and ability to get to work on time.
Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Capable of lifting 75 pounds or more unassisted
Able to work on feet for extended periods of time.
Reliable mode of transportation
7-5:30 Mon-Thur. Other options could be available during summer.
