Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment for our clients and managing the daily operations of the front office. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Greet and assist clients as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression.
Manage incoming calls and inquiries using phone systems, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
Perform data entry tasks accurately, maintaining up-to-date client records and files.
Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members.
Handle administrative tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and managing office supplies.
Provide exceptional customer support by addressing client concerns and inquiries promptly.
Utilize Outlook for various tasks including scheduling and email correspondence.
Assist with office management duties to ensure smooth daily operations.

Job Requirements:
