Camping World is seeking a high energy, motivated RV Sales Associate to grow the business. Ideal candidates will possess the drive to work hard, sell RVs, have fun and make money!

We believe that it is important to invest in your success. When you join us, you will receive 8 weeks of training pay based on residency and state laws.


What You’ll Do:

Take the lead to promote a top-notch, high quality customer experience selling new and used RVs
Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk through presentations
Close sales effectively by working closely with F&I team
Follow up and commit to a no-pressure, high integrity approach with each customer
What You’ll Need to Have for the Role:

High school diploma or equivalent is required,
2+ years' experience in sales ideally RV, automotive, television, furniture, or real estate preferred.
Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license
Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information
Valid driver's license
May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices

Special Posting Instructions

This position is a 100% commission-based role. The variable compensation estimated annual range is $50,000 - $150,000+. In certain states, you may be eligible for an hourly rate in addition to variable compensation. In California, Massachusetts and Maine will receive a minimum wage plus commissions earned. All other states will receive minimum compensation equivalent to 150% of the applicable minimum wage which offsets variable compensation.
