Job Description:
To present IVI in a friendly and professional way to others
to perform typing, computer, billing duties, and documentation
to perform all secretarial duties for the Executive Director
Demonstrate knowledge of Agency policies and procedures
Correctly report DHS attendance/ROCS information
Acts as a custodian of Corporate documents and records
Assist with special projects as needed 
answer phone route calls and answer door
performs other administrative and clerical duties as needed or directed by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:

HS diploma or GED
skills in typing, filing, general business, and computer usage
exceptional professional confidentiality
