Job Description:
Assist Clients appropriately on and off the vehicle
supervise client behavior while transporting
maintain accurate van route scheduled
gas van as needed
report all damaged or inoperable systems to ensure a safe level of vehicle maintenance
demonstrate knowledge of agency policies and procedures
place steps for clients as they load and unload the van
courteous communication with clients and families.

Job Requirements:
Valid Drivers license
exceptional driving record
able to read, write and follow directions
able to certify in adult first CPR/first aid/AED
able to lift/carry a minimum weight of 10lbs
hs diploma or GED
ability to pass the state of Illinois DSP training
ability to pass background check and physical
