Our Customer Service Associate’s role is to provide clients with excellent customer service while adhering to banking regulations.

Full Time (8 a.m. - 5 p.m.)

Customer Service Associate Duties & Responsibilities
• Communicating with clients either in person or over the phone
• Reviewing client accounts and transactions
• Maintain and provide privacy and security with client accounts
• Troubleshooting with client on electronic banking products we offer which includes: internet banking, mobile banking, bill pay, debit card assistance and etc.
• Scan work for image branch capture
• Record keeping
• Prevention of fraud


This position will have frequent access to confidential customer information. Tasks are performed in an office setting and require the ability to sit for prolonged periods of time.

Experience & Skill Requirement
• Requires high school diploma or G.E.D.
• Previous banking experience a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Strong written and verbal skills are necessary
• Ability to multi-task and work with multiple requests on a daily basis is necessary
• Understand basic math computations for balancing
• Effective business telephone etiquette (promptness, professionalism, politeness, proactive and personable)
