Full job description
Fast paced multi-location dermatology office looking for front desk help. Must have medical office experience, computer knowledge and be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment. Must have great customer service skills. Must be able to travel to Morris and Joliet locations.

Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and hard-working.

Responsibilities

*Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner *Answer and screen phone calls *Scheduling patients for multiply providers and locations *Maintaining office cleanliness and organization of resources *Must be able to multi-task and pay attention to detail

*Proven experience as an outstanding receptionist *Medical office experience preferred *Excellent customer service skills and courteous phone manner *Time-management and organizational skills
