Job Description:
DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
Distributes supplies to departments and locations as requested and needed. Counts and restocks departments daily or as scheduled. Batches and inputs patient charges daily and check each batch for accurate charging. Places patient charges( Peel-n-Stick Stickers) on all patient chargeable items correctly. Receives and prepares supplies for patient/department use and places them in correct storage locations. Rotates stock as necessary to reduce shelf life expiration. Cleans storerooms and carts as needed. Fills order entry requisitions daily. Batches issues and transfers daily for submission to the computer system. Inputs all department paperwork on a daily basis. Notifies Supervisor and Inventory Buyer of supplies needing reorder. Removes and disposes of expired items according to department policies and procedures. Assists in taking year-end inventory for all departments.

Job Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS

Professional/Educational
High School diploma or equivalent.
One-year experience in store room.

Personal
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Good organizational skills.
Good Customer Service Skills
Conscienscions of accuracy of work
