McCoy Services is looking for an energetic, high spirited, quick learning towing dispatcher for a fast paced industry. We are a AAA facility that is very busy with towing.

Duties would include but are not limited to:

Receiving calls from various motor clubs for tows.

Prioritizing call urgency

Dispatching tows to drivers via text through internet

Tracking driver locations and times

Handling incoming phone calls for shop and tows

Filing appropriate paperwork for shop and tows

Intelligently routing drivers for efficiency and accuracy

Selling batteries during jump start conditions

Trying to talk customers in to bringing vehicle to our facility

Job Requirements:
Required qualifications:

Excel experience

Night shift availability!!

Recommended qualifications:

Great knowledge of Chicago suburbs and major highways

Dispatcher experience

Ability to commute/relocate:

Channahon, IL 60410: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:

Dispatching: 1 year (Preferred)

Lifting Requirements - 25+ lbs (unassisted): No
