    Assistant General Manager Job Responsibilities:

    · A strong emphasis on providing exceptional customer service.

    The ability to successfully train and teach new employees.
    The ability to run a shift and close facility.
    The ability to work well in a team environment and individually.
    The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
    The ability to communicate effectively promoting our monthly memberships.
    · The ability to understand scheduling, site profitability and sales volume, as well as driving business results.

    Guide cars safely into the car wash tunnel.
    Maintain cleanliness of interior and exterior of car wash including landscaping.
    Ensure all safety procedures are being followed for guests and staff.
    · Continue to learn and maintain an understanding of car wash equipment; troubleshooting and identifying maintenance issues, perform basic maintenance, and work with the maintenance team to resolve any issues.

    · Learn the processes of handling inquiries, incidents, and issues in a timely manner.

    · Learn the processes of handling and transferring chemicals safely.

    Emphasis on customer satisfaction and membership retention.
    Basic computer skills.
    Any duties assigned by site manager.

    High School Diploma or GED.
    Show the ability and drive to grow into a Manager in Training role.
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    Mechanically Inclined.
    Schedule flexibility-Nights, Weekends, and Holidays required.
    Ability to stand for long periods of time.
    Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
    Travel between locations for training and developmental purposes may be required.
    The ability to work at least 30 hours per week.
