Assistant General Manager Job Responsibilities:

The ability to communicate effectively promoting our monthly memberships.
· The ability to understand scheduling, site profitability and sales volume, as well as driving business results.

Guide cars safely into the car wash tunnel.
Maintain cleanliness of interior and exterior of car wash including landscaping.
Ensure all safety procedures are being followed for guests and staff.
· Continue to learn and maintain an understanding of car wash equipment; troubleshooting and identifying maintenance issues, perform basic maintenance, and work with the maintenance team to resolve any issues.

· Learn the processes of handling inquiries, incidents, and issues in a timely manner.

· Learn the processes of handling and transferring chemicals safely.

Emphasis on customer satisfaction and membership retention.
Basic computer skills.
Any duties assigned by site manager.
