Job Description:
Answer phone calls, make appointments, obtain patient demographics and entering into electronic health records. Verify insurance information. Calculating coverage on contacts and glasses. Pretest patient before seeing the doctor. Strong organizational skills, multitasking skills and communication skills are desired. This description is not exhaustive of all responsibilities.
