Job Description:
The Staff Nurse is responsible for the nursing care of patients assigned to him/her and to direct others in patient care in the ICU / med surg  & med surg/peds

48 to 72 hours a pay period 7p-7a & 7a-7p


Job Requirements:
Professional/Educational
Current Illinois Registered Nurse license.

Completion of cardiac arrhythmia recognition test.

Certified by the American Heart Association in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).

Certified by the American Heart Association in Advance Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required within 6 months of hire date for ICU.

DCFS Mandated Reporter Certificate of Completion required.

Personal
Works effectively with others, possessing tact, discretion and diplomacy.

Demonstrates leadership and teaching ability.

Possesses the ability to work under pressure.


Lifting Requirements - 25+ lbs (unassisted): No
