Park Pointe Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center is a 142-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center, located in Morris, Illinois. The skilled nursing facility is adjacent to our 60 Unit Assisted Living/Memory Care Residence – The Gardens at Park Pointe. We have an excellent opportunity to join our team in our Humam Resource Department.

Job Overview
We are hiring a talented Staff Recruiting Coordinator professional to join our team and work directly with our Director of Human Resources.

Responsibilities for Staff Recruiting Coordinator
Create and enforce a recruiting plan

Write job descriptions and post them online and in newspapers

Assess incoming resumes

Screen potential employees

Conduct interviews by phone or in person

Maintain interview and hiring records

Prepare hiring paperwork and information packets

Handle the orientation of new employees
