Job Description:
Morris Hospital Physical Therapy is seeking a team member to fill the position of Full-time Physical Therapist.

The following scheduling dynamics apply:

4-10 schedule at two of the Morris OP locations (Not determined)
Weekend rotation every 6 weeks for both Saturday and Sunday
Hours for weekends and holidays would be 8am -2 pm.

DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
A member of the health care team who plans and implements specific treatment programs for individual patients according to the principles and practices of physical therapy.

Job Requirements:
Professional/Educational
Graduate of an accredited program in physical therapy

License required

Basic computer knowledge

Certified by the American Heart Association in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)

DCFS Mandated Reporter Certificate of Completion required

Personal
Works effectively with others, possessing tact, discretion, and diplomacy.

Demonstrates leadership and teaching ability.

Demonstrates an ability to be flexible, organized and function under stressful situations.

Other Duties as assigned by the job description
