Certifications through the Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) are a plus!

Basic responsibilities include:
Responsible for performing all assigned tasks on every repair order at the highest level of dealership and factory quality standards from bumper to bumper.
Responsible for accurately troubleshooting and diagnosing customer concerns to ensure vehicles are fixed right first time, as promised.
Accurately document repair orders in accordance with factory and dealership standards and attach any additional required factory or dealership documentation with every repair order.
Make additional service recommendations based on comprehensive multi‐point inspections, factory/dealer recommended service internals, and recommended preventative maintenance.
Complete recalls and warranty repairs per manufacturer specifications.
Return all customer vehicles clean or cleaner than initial arrival.
Greet all customers within the facility and always maintain a professional decorum.
Utilize technology, dealership equipment, and any factory resources to perform advanced vehicle diagnostics.
An extensive knowledge of parts and components is required to complete each individual repair at the highest standard of quality and exhibit an efficiently communicate those parts needs with the parts department.
Manage time and workflow in a fast‐paced environment and maintain communication regarding each repair order with the service advisor, parts department, and service manager.
Maintain a positive attitude, arrive to work at your start time, ready to work.
Participate in in‐house or factory sponsored training programs offered to you.
Perform any additionally tasks assigned as directed by management.
