Job Description:
The Baldwin Team of Keller Williams Preferred Realty is currently looking for a model home host/hostess.  This individual should be self-motivated, outgoing, and customer-focused.  You will support our sales staff at the Channahon Town Center new construction development.  This is a part-time position with opportunities for growth/advancement.  Great opportunity to gain experience in the real estate field.

In this role you will:
• Greet customers as they enter the model homes
• Assist sales associates with sales transactions
• Maintain the appearance of the model homes
• Track and maintain contact databases

The ideal candidate:
• Is a well-organized individual
• Enjoys building professional relationships with clients
• Has an enthusiastic, solution-based, positive attitude

Experience: 
No prior real estate experience is required. Customer service-based experience and experience with contact databases is a plus.

Job Type:
Part-time
Schedule: 10 AM-4 PM SAT & SUN WEEKENDS ARE A MUST.   The occasional weekday may be requested.
