    Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

    Greet customers as they enter the store
    Provides customers with information and resolves opportunities by utilizing appropriate resources
    Understands all register and cash handling procedures
    Efficiently and accurately processes all customer transactions in a friendly manner
    Ensure that the frontend of the store is neat, clean, and organized
    Present merchandise that is accurately priced and fronted
    Foster a safe and productive work environment for associates and customers
    Diligent in protecting company assets
    Follow all SOP guidelines and company policies
    Other duties as assigned

    Must be 16 years of age or over
    Must have general math skills
    Basic Computer Knowledge

    High school Diploma or equivalent
    Previous retail experience

    Physical Demands

    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing. The position does require frequent lifting of merchandise. It is expected that the employee lift safely, using proper body mechanics and lifting devices. When lifting heavy items, up to 50 pounds, a team lift may be required.
