Your career ambitions are only a few classes away, and right down the street! With affordable tuition and flexible scheduling, Joliet Junior College Romeoville Campus is the perfect place for students of all ages to continue their education. Course offerings also include Illinois High School Diploma (GED), ESL, and lifelong learning classes.
In January 1993, Joliet Junior College opened the Romeoville Campus as a 35,000-square-foot facility. In 2015, the campus expanded by 49,000 square feet to include more classrooms and science labs, an open computer lab, a collaborative classroom, and much more.
The beautiful grounds of Romeoville Campus are also home to a Monarch Waystation. This designation means that more than four acres of the grounds meet guidelines including sun exposure, the presence of milkweed and nectar plants, and the consistent and pesticide-free maintenance and management of the habitat. Romeoville Campus grounds are recognized as an official Monarch Waystation. This means our more than 5,000 square foot outdoor space meets the necessary guidelines ideal to support monarch butterflies as they migrate from the United States and Canada to the mountains of central Mexico. This is a great example of how JJC demonstrates sustainability - one of the institution's core values.
