The JJC Community Dinner, hosted by OIEA, welcomes community members, key stakeholders, and business partners to share a meal and hear from college leaders about JJC’s ongoing work and impact in the region.
JJC offers cultural competency and other workshops to help employees build skills to create an inclusive campus culture.
An Employee Resource Group (ERG) is a voluntary, employee-led group that brings together staff and faculty around shared interests, identities, or experiences to foster connection and support across the campus.
Participation in community organizations such as chambers and business groups allows JJC employees to serve on boards, volunteer locally, and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
The President's Inclusive Excellence & Advocacy Council supports campus-wide inclusion efforts by promoting practices and facilitating projects that make JJC a welcoming, safe, and supportive environment for all members of the college community.
