    The Production Associate – Cabinet Builder is responsible for assembling cabinet components accurately and efficiently while ensuring safety, quality standards, and productivity goals are met.
    Assemble cabinet components based on production schedules and work orders
    Unpackage, assemble, inspect, package, and stage completed cabinetry
    Operate and maintain tools including staple guns, drills, glue guns, and other assembly tools
    Accurately complete production and quality paperwork
    Maintain a clean and safe work environment
    Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and ISO quality standards
    Communicate effectively and work as a positive team member
    Perform additional duties as assigned by the Production Manager

    High School Diploma or GED
    Ability to read, write, and speak English
    Ability to obtain OSHA certification for powered industrial truck operation
    Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
    Basic mechanical aptitude and experience using hand tools
    Reliable attendance and positive work ethic
    1+ year experience in cabinet manufacturing, carpentry, woodworking, or similar assembly role
    Familiarity with measuring tools, clamps, and pneumatic tools
    Work performed in a warehouse/production environment
    Standing, bending, and lifting required
    Must have reliable transportation
    Overtime may be required based on business needs
