Property: Timber Pointe Apartments
Property Size: 233 units (market rate) with more units still under development
Employment Duration: Regular, Full time:
Timber Pointe Apartments (TimberPointeApartments.com) is a growing Multi Family property located on the border of Joliet/Shorewood. Kipling Group, LLC (KiplingGrp.com) constructs and manages, these properties. Kipling Group is actively seeking an individual a full time leasing agent to join our growing team! Four weekdays plus one half day on the weekends

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Is an experienced Leasing Agent with a deep understanding of the multifamily industry;
Is Tech-Savvy;
Has a passion for serving others and can demonstrate exceptional customer service skills


Job Requirements:
Multifamily property leasing experience is a desired.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills; must be collaborative and adaptive.
Experience with Appfolio software a plus but not required.
Sales Ability
Creating And Implementing a Marketing Plan
Communication Skills
Ability to Generate Traffic
Organized and Passionate
Property management: 1 year (Required)
