Job Description:
We are seeking dedicated and passionate individuals to join our team as Dog Daycare and Kennel Attendants, available for both part-time and full-time positions. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to dogs in a daycare and kennel environment. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the safety, well-being, and happiness of all animals in our care while delivering outstanding customer service to pet owners.
Supervise and engage with dogs during playtime, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment.
Provide daily care including feeding, grooming, and administering medications as needed.
Maintain cleanliness of the facility by regularly cleaning kennels, play areas, and equipment.
Monitor the health and behavior of dogs, reporting any concerns to management promptly.
Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service to pet owners.
Perform heavy lifting when necessary, including moving supplies or assisting with larger dogs.

Job Requirements:
Experience in dog handling and animal care is essential.
Knowledge of dog training techniques is a plus.
Previous daycare and kennel experience is highly desirable.
Familiarity with pet grooming practices is beneficial.
Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with pet owners.
Ability to perform animal restraint safely when required.
Capability to lift heavy objects as part of daily responsibilities.
Ability to maintain great attendance.
Willingness to cover shifts.
Passion for learning and growth.
Teamwork and communication skills.
