    We are looking for those who can work variable shifts. We are open daily from 7am to 6pm. Shifts can start as early as 6am and end as late as 8pm

    Sweet Paws is the premier dog daycare and boarding facility in Yorkville, IL. We are looking for a front desk associate who can assist pet parents in setting up reservations and maintaining our standards for service. We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for dogs and provide excellent care for our pet parents.
    Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome upon arrival
    Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring all account information is accurate
    Answer phone calls and assist pet parents with their needs
    Update accounts from staff feedback
    Respond to emails and process reservation requests
    Run dogs to/from their appropriate kennels as they are dropped off/picked up
    Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
    Assist pet parents in setting up accounts
