As a Billing Specialist, you’ll ensure accurate invoicing for chassis, container, refrigeration and genset repairs, playing a key role in maintaining financial accuracy and operational efficiency.
    Accurately code and price work orders using Microsoft Excel
    Ensure timely and accurate entry of repair work orders into customer portals or website
    Enter in repair orders for customer approval
    Direct interaction with customers on billing issues
    Misc administrative tasks such as filing, answering phones, scanning, copying, and other clerical support
    Working full-time and being available for overtime when needed by the Company
