| Job Requirements | High school diploma or equivalent Reliable transportation Consistent and dependable attendance Ability to pass a background check, MVR check (if driving is required), and registry check) Experience in ABA, special education, child development, or a related field (1 year preferred) Completion of a BACB-approved 40-hour RBT course Move quickly between seated and standing positions Bend, kneel, squat, and lift up to 50 lbs Assist with hygiene needs (toileting, diapers) across all genders Respond safely to physical behaviors when needed Work on your feet for extended periods Work in a sensory-rich, fast-paced environment |
