Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Loan Officer to join our financial services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding members through the loan application process, ensuring compliance with all regulations, and providing exceptional member service. This role requires a strong background in financial sales, negotiation skills, and familiarity with various loan products and underwriting processes.

Evaluate and analyze loan applications to determine eligibility and risk factors.
Assist members in understanding the loan process, including loan origination and processing.
Adhering to Fair Housing regulations.
Conduct credit analysis and assess financial documents to make informed lending decisions.
Maintain accurate records of all transactions and member communications using financial software.
Collaborate with escrow agents, underwriters, and other financial professionals to facilitate smooth transactions.
Stay updated on FNMA guidelines, TILA regulations, and other relevant compliance standards.
Provide exceptional member service by addressing member inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Job Requirements Strong background in financial sales and member service.
Familiarity with FNMA guidelines, TILA regulations, and Fair Housing regulations.
Experience in mortgage servicing, loan origination, processing, and underwriting.
Basic math skills for accurate calculations related to loans and interest rates.
Ability to conduct credit analysis effectively to assess borrower qualifications.
Knowledge of contracts related to lending agreements and banking operations.
Proficient in using financial software and accounting tools for record keeping.
